Free and final: ZetaReps 1.0.4 is free for everyone, has no in-app purchases, and is the last release. The app is no longer actively maintained; its source code is published under the MIT license.
These Terms of Service (End User License Agreement) govern your use of ZetaReps, a push-up workout tracking application for iPhone developed by Rabah Abdul Khalek, a micro-entrepreneur registered in France. ZetaReps is automated software and does not involve human-driven services.
Important: This Agreement is between you and Rabah Abdul Khalek only, and not Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Rabah Abdul Khalek, not Apple, is solely responsible for ZetaReps and its content.
ZetaReps provides, entirely on your device:
The ZetaReps application is free of charge. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded products that you own or control, for personal use, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules. There are no paid tiers, subscriptions or usage limits.
The source code of ZetaReps is separately available under the MIT license, which governs any use of the source code.
You may not use the application for illegal purposes.
ZetaReps records workouts you enter yourself and suggests targets based on published fitness guidance. It is not medical advice. Consult a professional before starting an exercise program, and stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort.
All data stays on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
ZetaReps is no longer actively maintained and is provided as is. Rabah Abdul Khalek, not Apple, is responsible for any maintenance or support that may be provided; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
ZetaReps is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. In the event of any failure of ZetaReps to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for ZetaReps. Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to ZetaReps, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to warranty failure will be the sole responsibility of Rabah Abdul Khalek.
Rabah Abdul Khalek, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to ZetaReps or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that ZetaReps fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Rabah Abdul Khalek, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim related to ZetaReps.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using ZetaReps. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance of these terms, have the right to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Rabah Abdul Khalek is not liable for any damages arising from use of the application, except as required by applicable law.
These Terms may be updated. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
